Cloudera Migration Assistant

Cloudera Migration Assistant 4.0 helps you plan and run migrations between Cloudera Base on premises clusters using a master–agent architecture. Agents register clusters with the master over gRPC; you use the web UI for scanning, versioned migration plans, executions, and validation.

With this release you can:

• Move data with HDFS to HDFS replication and HDFS to Ozone migrations using Cloudera Replication Manager.
• Register clusters through agents, scan inventory, define collections, and run migration plan executions from the UI.

Use Administrator to install and secure Cloudera Migration Assistant (TLS, PostgreSQL, Vault, RBAC). Use Migration for cluster registration, scanning, collections, destinations, and lift-and-shift execution. Use Reference for configuration details.
